RCS Foundation Names New Advancement Director

The Regis Catholic Schools Foundation is pleased to introduce Megan Dieckman as the new Advancement Director.

Megan brings a strong background in educational leadership, with experience spanning special education, early learning, and school administration. She has dedicated her career to supporting students, families, and educators while building meaningful relationships and fostering partnerships that strengthen school communities.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the Regis Catholic Schools Foundation, and I look forward to building meaningful relationships with alumni, families, and friends of Regis,” Megan said. “I am excited to partner with the community to bring Vision 2030 to life in support of Catholic education for future generations.”

Megan and her husband, Doug, will celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary this year. Doug serves as principal at Hillcrest Elementary School in Chippewa Falls and as a Command Sergeant Major in the Army Reserve. Together, they are proud parents of three children. Darek (28) is a graduate of Viterbo University and works in medical sales with Stryker in Green Bay. Jared (26) will graduate from Shenandoah University in August with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Emma (24) is a Registered Nurse at Marshfield Clinic Pediatrics in Chippewa Falls and will be married this fall to Dylan Abbiehl.

New to the area, Megan and her husband have recently begun attending St. Olaf Catholic Church and look forward to becoming more involved in the parish and broader community.

Megan has already started serving in her new role. She replaces Jackie Bachmeier, who served as the Regis Catholic Schools Foundation Advancement Director for the last five years. Jackie will continue to work closely with Megan as she guides her through this transition and will remain actively connected to Regis Catholic Schools and the Regis Catholic Schools Foundation community for years to come.

Please keep Megan in your prayers as she begins this new journey and works to secure financial support for the Regis Catholic Schools Foundation. Every donation makes a difference, no matter the size, and we thank you for your support of our Catholic schools.
