A Vision Rooted in Faith & Excellence
At Regis Catholic Schools, our mission is clear. We form the whole child, mind, body, and spirit, rooted in Catholic values of faith, compassion, integrity, academic rigor, and service to others.
To ensure we are faithfully pursuing this mission for generations to come, Regis Catholic Schools and the Regis Catholic Schools Foundation have partnered with Arcadia Education, a national leader in Catholic school strategy, to develop Vision 2030, a bold, five-year plan for growth and excellence. We express our deepest gratitude to the Regis Catholic Schools Foundation for providing the resources to make this effort possible. No tuition funds are being used.
Approved by the Diocese of La Crosse Superintendent of Catholic Schools and the Eau Claire Deanery, Vision 2030 is more than a plan. It is a shared commitment to build abundance across our entire community.
Vision 2030 Successes During 2025-26 School Year
- Hiring of Chief Learning Officer (CLO)
This position will ensure that all Regis schools are unified in pursuit of academic excellence with a deeply Catholic identity, and will support the professional development, coaching, and evaluation processes that underpin a staff culture of mutual support and continual improvement.
- Staff Bonuses
To support the goal of increased compensation, reward its great educators, and be competitive in hiring the best teachers, a performance-based bonus system was offered in 2025-26, and will be continued for the 2026-27 school year.
- Academic Excellence Working Group
This group has crafted a renewed vision for Academic Excellence, with the approval of the Diocese and Deanery, and built a framework for academic coaching and development to support its implementation across the Regis system.
- Child Development Center Plan
An action plan has been developed for the child development centers in pursuit of staffing stability and quality, and to position Regis and Genesis Child Development Centers to create space to offer the highest quality care to as many Eau Claire families as possible.
- Enrollment Benchmarks Met
Enrollment goals across the system were successfully achieved, reflecting strong family confidence in our schools and continued momentum for future growth.
- Strong Staff Retention
High staff retention rates demonstrate a positive workplace culture, dedicated educators, and a strong commitment to our mission and students.
- Focus on Leadership Alignment
Intentional efforts have been made to strengthen collaboration and alignment among school and system leadership to support unified goals, clear communication, and long-term success.
