Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Regis Catholic Schools is seeking a part-time adminstrative assistant for Regis Middle School. Scheduled hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. while school is in session. This is a year-round position with a reduced schedule during the summer months when school is not in session.

Candidates must have an Associate Degree in Administrative Assistant, Secretarial Science, or Office Assistant or equivalent work experience.

4K DPI Teacher

Regis Catholic Schools has an immediate opening for a full-time 4K teacher with Genesis Child Develpment Center. This teacher will have responsibilities both in relation to Regis Catholic Schools and the Eau Claire Area School District.

This is a wonderful opportunity with a highly respected organization that offers applicants the priviledge of guiding children through many exciting milestones, while fostering their natural tendency to learn. Our program provides teachers with a supportive and respectful teaching environment.

K-12 Substitute Teachers

Regis Catholic Schools is in need of K-12 substitute teachers for the 2015-16 school year.

Regis Catholic Schools is a consolidated system with three elementary schools, one middle school and the high school.

Substitute teachers need to have a bachelor's degree, pass a background check and have a desire to work with students of varying ages.

The applicant does not have to be Catholic, but needs to understand Christian values.

The pay for the day is $95.

Bus Drivers

Regis Catholic Schools is looking for CDL licensed bus drivers to drive students to and from various activities throughout the year. This position would be on-call and employed on a part-time basis.


• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold a valid Wisconsin school bus driver's license.

If you need to get a license, you must complete the following:

- CDL Test
- School Bus Endorsement
- Passenger Endorsement
- Pre-Trip Inspection Before Road Test
- Road Test

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate the vehicle assigned and demonstrated knowledge of all requirements for school bus drivers as prescribed by state traffic laws.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare required written reports.
• Physically capable of operating the vehicle as determined by a physical examination.
• Demonstrated record of safe driving.

The pay for the first year is $12/hour and $14/hour for the second year.
