Please make sure your child has the following items with them as they begin the new school year. This is organized by grade and by instrument.

6TH GRADE BAND
Habits of a Successful Beginner Band Musician
Belwin Student Instrumental Course Book 1 (Green Cover)
Continue to bring Traditions of Excellence (Book 1) if you have it. This was last year's book. We are phasing out this one.
NOTE: 6th Grade non-percussionists are using two books for a reason. The Habits Book is to be played in full band rehearsals. The Student Instrumental Course is to be used during their 1:1 weekly lesson.
7TH GRADE BAND

NOTE: If you bought the Alfred Snare Drum Method Book 1 (Blue cover), that'll work too, but you'll need to purchase Book 2 once your child completes Book 1.
