Regis Middle School Physical Education Curriculum

The following is a list of units that comprise the curriculum for middle school physical education at Regis Middle School.  PLEASE NOTE – when and what units will be presented entirely depends on which quarter or trimester students are assigned physical education. For example, 1st quarter/trimester RMS PE students will not have a weight training unit, as the focus of the PE curriculum is on outside activities.  Conversely, 2nd quarter/trimester PE students will not have a tennis unit as the weather conditions go sideways.
