I was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I grew up in Mequon,WI out in the country. I attended a Lutheran elementary school and high school. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin. I received a Master's Degree from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota in 1999. I have been teaching since 1985. I have taught grades 3-8 along the way as well as some college courses. In 2014, my husband's job got transferred to Eau Claire. We love it up here! My husband and I have 7 children, 7 grandchildren, and a bernedoodle named Gracie. I enjoy READING, playing Word Wipe, Outspell, Wordscape, shopping at Hobby Lobby and Goodwill, and doing crossword puzzles.
