As outlined in recent communications and during our January parent meeting, Regis Catholic Schools continues to place a strong focus on student mental health and student safety.
Children spend much of their daily life at school, and we know how important it is for our teachers, school counselors, and administrators to pay attention to their mental health and to support them. Early intervention is key if a student experiences depression, anxiety, or stress. We encourage you to keep a close eye on your child(ren) at home and alert your school counselor right away if you have any concerns.
With that in mind, we have created a new web page highlighting information and resources available across the Chippewa Valley. This "Parent + Student Resources" page includes information on emergency and crisis resources, mental health resources, counseling and treatment centers, and more. You can access it anytime at www.RegisCatholicSchools.com. Just click on the "COMMUNITY" tab and then "Parent + Student Resources". You can also CLICK HERE to access these resources.
We have also included our school counselor contact information on this web page for your convenience. We will be updating this page, as necessary, in the weeks and months to come. We hope you will find it to be a useful resource for your family.
We appreciate your vigilance in working collaboratively with us as we continue to grow in being as proactive as possible for our students. Thank you for partnering with us to guide them to the best of their ability in mind, body, and spirit.
