IMPORTANT 2023-24 ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

The 2023-24 enrollment season is quickly approaching and we ask you to please make note of the following changes to our enrollment process.

Current Regis Catholic Schools families will be provided a two-week priority enrollment period in January to re-enroll for the coming school year. Current families will have the opportunity to enroll current students and siblings (new students) during this time.

Once this two-week priority enrollment period has closed, current RCS families are no longer guaranteed enrollment within the system.

Following the priority enrollment period for current RCS families, enrollment for the next school year will open for families new to the Regis Catholic Schools system.

NOTICE | Regis High School students will not be allowed to register for dual-credit courses until their Regis Catholic Schools enrollment process has been completed for the coming school year. After the two-week priority enrollment period for current Regis Catholic Schools families has ended, classes will be filled based on the date of application under the following order of priority.

The enrollment fee for the 2023-24 school year will be $150 for all families. (Paid once per family.) If not enrolled by May 31, our current families will pay a $200 enrollment fee. As a reminder, if you choose to enroll outside the two-week priority enrollment period for current families, you also risk losing your child(ren)’s spot.

HOW DO I ENROLL?

The 2023-24 enrollment process will again be completed using your Skyward account beginning on Monday, January 16, 2023.

A link to the returning student registration and enrollment fee payment portal will be posted on Family Access and emailed to current families on January 16, 2023. Current families who also need to enroll new students must complete the returning student registration form for their current students AND complete the ‘New Student Online Enrollment’ form through Family Access so RCS can collect the new student’s information.

In May, families who have registered for the 2023-24 school year will be sent a Tuition Agreement Contract and will be provided an opportunity to make any changes to their payment plans.

In late July, back-to-school registration forms will be available for families to complete in Family Access. These forms will allow families to make any address or contact information updates prior to the school year and complete all back-to-school forms online before the first day of school.
