Christi Machler Named New RMS/RHS Principal

We are pleased to announce Christi Machler has been named Principal of Regis Middle School and Regis High School, effective July 1.

Mrs. Machler has been part of the Regis Catholic Schools system for ten years. She previously served as a 5th grade teacher at Immaculate Conception Elementary School and as a 6th grade reading and language arts teacher at Regis Middle School. She currently serves as the Regis Middle School and Regis High School Academic and Career Planning Coordinator.

Over the past ten years, Mrs. Machler has filled the role of teacher-in-charge, mentored new hires, served as a domain lead on our systemwide accreditation committee, revamped the Regis Academic & Career Planning Guide, grown dual credit opportunities, established community partnerships, and is working to help identify new sponsorship opportunities for the Regis Catholic Schools Foundation.

"One of my greatest accomplishments has been bringing new academic options to Regis High School,” Machler said. “The number of courses we have for our students has exploded over the past school year. It is an honor for me to offer rigorous academics while supporting our students in a faith-filled environment.”

Mrs. Machler looks forward to strengthening the vision of Regis Catholic Schools as she serves in this new role. She is committed to providing the highest quality programs possible to nourish each student's body, mind, and soul.

Two committees representing various groups of stakeholders within the Regis Catholic Schools community assisted in the interview process.

Our current Principal of Regis Middle School and Regis High School, Mr. Paul Pedersen, will officially fill the role as Regis Catholic Schools President on July 1, but will begin the transition process following the end of the current school year.

We ask you to keep Mrs. Machler, Mr. Pedersen, and our entire Regis Catholic Schools system in your prayers during this time of transition.
