Skyward Issues
Food Service Notice: Food service notices are being generated for families that do not have a zero balance. The majority of these extra e-mail notices show "At the End of Today, [date], the Payor Account for [student name] had a Balance of $0.00." Skyward is looking into this issue. Please check the Food Service link in Family Access for all students in the family to determine if there is a low or zero balance on the family account. Skyward is releasing a fix for this issue on January 28, 2012.
Login: Some users are reporting Skyward not opening and the error message "You are being redirected to the secure login page. Please update your bookmark to the new page." Our web host is having an issue with one of their Skyward servers. If users happen to try and log into this particular server the error message is displayed. The advice at this time it close the browser or navigate to a different page, wait a few minutes, and try again.

To access Skyward, click one of the links in the Skyward Access menu, then enter your username and password.
Food Service: All students will be issued a five digit Key Pad Number for lunch, milk, and ala-carte (high school) purchases this school year.

You can update your family information including adding emergency contacts online. Log on and click the link Request Change(s) to my Child's Information.
