Regis Catholic Schools consist of three elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school located in Eau Claire and Altoona, Wisconsin. Approximately 800 students in grades kindergarten through 12th grade are enrolled in these schools across the system.

The Regis Child Development Center and Genesis Child Development Center are fully licensed to serve children from six months to twelve years old in partnership with Wesern Dairyland Head Start and Eau Claire 4 Tomorrow (EC4T). Two preschool programs are also offered within the school system. St. Mary’s Preschool in Altoona and St. James Preschool in Eau Claire offer various programs for children throughout the school year.
